Brought my 2004 BMW M3 to Wizard Works after I started getting a bunch of suspension noise over bumps and the steering just didn’t feel right. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just had brand new suspension installed by another shop about 200 miles earlier. Karim and his team took a look at it and figured out pretty quickly that the suspension had been installed incorrectly and the car hadn’t been properly aligned. Karim works on these cars all the time and had the parts needed on hand, so they were able to get everything fixed and turned around in a day. He even gave me a loaner for the day so I didn’t have to worry about getting home and back to the shop. The car feels completely different now. No more random suspension noises, the steering feels right again, and honestly it drives better than it ever has since I’ve owned it. Really appreciate Karim and everyone at Wizard Works for getting it sorted out so quickly. They diagnosed front and strut replacement and control arm replacement and everything connected in between needed replacement after 120,000 miles. They performed it in one day which is testament to their strong understanding of VW cars.
